Cassandra 3 upgrade for the common cluster in OOM Ofir Sonsino

Ofir Sonsino says upgrading to Cassandra v3.11.4.  Need agreement from OOM. Music?

jackson-mapper-asl no longer supported as a stand-alone package - will be removed in Guilin release. Last supported version was 1.9.13 (released July 2013). Functionality was moved to jackson-databind.
