Loss of resources in Integration team means oparent is now difficult to get up-to-date.

INFO.yaml needs to be updated: https://gerrit.onap.org/r/c/oparent/+/93994  DONE

Security Dependencies need to be updated: https://gerrit.onap.org/r/c/oparent/+/93885 DONE - PTL's can test with SNAPSHOT

The oparent artifact will need to be released very soon so PTL's can do final integration before releasing their repo artifacts.

Long term: oparent will need to be upgraded if ONAP is to upgrade to JDK 11.
