Reviewed the items listed on Beijing Release Integration Test Blocking Issues

holmes-134 patch submitted - has been tested - majority of those on the call raised hands in favor of allowing the patch to be +2 by the LF.  There is no provisions for this in the charter or community docs Kenny Paul, Gildas Lanilis Gmail to look at.
