cl664y@att.com How should we handle the issue as it is problematic - if no triggers it will not even be identified. It will show zero.
Is it part of the commitment for this release then we need to make it a proposal. If we turn it on it will skew the percentages.
Believe it will introduce 2-3 weeks of work to put triggers in.
JIRA Workflow Standardization
Randa Maher proposal was sent out a couple weeks ago. Looking for feedback. Randa reviewed the slides.
discussion over task vs. bug workflow.
May need to reclassify a task to a bug, or something similar
issue type standardization - story, bug, task, subtask and epic
Risks
LF infrastructure issues - timeouts, etc.
csit jobs failing due to nexus take time to debug, only to find that there was just a timeout.
Would be nice to know if there was an EOF for Hudson or something versus a code problem.
A log parser to check for toolchain failures versus errors would be a great help.
Nexus is still too slow from Asia
New Community Lab
Helen Chen are there any companies in Asia working on a new community lab as was discussed in Beijing?
PTL elections
On an individual basis, Ii the majority of the Committers on a project team decide to extend the time for elections among themselves they can do so.
There is a proposal to extend the deadlines for all projects across the board. The blanket extension would require a TSC vote.
Q: How to handle elections in CIVS where no one else is running? Must have at least 2 choices to set it up.
A: Please add an option of "abstain" or "no opinion" as the second option.
Q: Is the use of CIVS a requirement
A: No, but it is strongly recommended to keep consistency across all projects
Discussion of PTL vs. Committer: situation where sitting PTL was not a Committer - Should have been caught last year during elections. Was an oversight in the crush to get projects approved and PTLs elections.
PTLs must be selected from the pool of Committers ONAP Technical Community Document#3.1.3ProjectTechnicalLeader:
