Seems to be confusion around the Community distribution of the TSC survey based upon some of the write-in answers
This survey is specifically about the composition of the TSC in terms of TSC Members, not who can join the meetings or subscribe to the mailing list
A reminder and clarification will be send following this morning's call

Timing of branching
same process as before open a ticket with helpdesk@onap.org and cc Gildas Lanilis Gmail
Integration team needs to branch first because CSIT needs to be in place - tests are part of the code
Helen Chen will open a ticket to branch today
The PTLs should be the ones to make the determination of when to branch - goal is for everyone to have opened a Beijing branch by Friday.
Some PTLS may not need a Beijing branch - docker tags will permit the ability to build the release.
Release strategy
feedback that external people are unable to find Amsterdam. People were getting different result because some data was pulling from master branch.
Discussion over tagging. Not all projects created a branch before.
