Notes:

  • Lab goes offline tomorrow

  • Need to get Jira utilization for service requests resolved 

  • Announcements sent out to to the ptl, tsc, discuss, release and the requirements subcommittee lists.

  • 44 accounts created, should map to most active users - no issues thus far

  • Would like to get feedback on how HW is doing - need to track utilization and performance. 

  • Users will need to pay more attention to their loads 

  • Ongoing maintenance -should look into a script to shutdown VMs that have been running for an extended period to reclaim resources.
