  • HW is up and appears happy

  • jumphost is set up for management usage

  • OpenStack should be set up by the 23rd

  • after that any OpenStack admin should be able to do what is needed

  • Lincoln need to set up a VPN accounts in advance of access

  • Need to decide on the Jira instance to use for support

  • Need users to actually schedule a time w/ @Stephen Gooch on Feb 24, 2022  to test basic functions. 

  • Would like to start shutting down the old lab on the 28th - but date seem risky. March more likely.

  • Need to move workloads asap.

  • next meeting moved to 18:00 eastern on Feb 24, 2022
