CLC



Status: RC2 code is being released for CLC. Policy will keep updating master branch.

Function: Current CLC implementation coordinates at CL level with "Deny" - only one CL (SON function) at a time.
Policy locks a particular target (PNF) inside a particular drools instance, and so two actions on the same PNF are not allowed anyway.

1. Integration Test Rel 6 - Document progress and close for Frankfurt.
2. Database consistency
3. Extensions for Rel 7 - discuss next week

DCAE_CL response sent from Policy to DCAE after SDNR_CL response. 

CMNotify



CMNotify integration testing:
Unit testing done in Windriver for parsing message and updating ConfigDB.
In Winlab, there is a parsing error in SDNR for message on DMaaP. Not seeing change in ConfigDB.
CMNotify message was specially created for SON POC - see CM Notification Support in ONAP. This is a pre-standard version of the CMNotify message expected in Rel 7.
