Please see slide 7 and 6.8 in deck below. Prefer to have option 1 (ORAN yang) but will use option 2 (Dubin yang model) if ORAN not available.  

VES msg options

See slide 8 and also 6,7 in deck below. Option 3 in slide 8 (RAN-Sim generates pre-standard/standard VES msg which is inserted into DMaaP for PoC seems doable.
Need to co-ordinate with people working on ORAN VES standards. Plan is to send email for following points;
1) What is the status of CMNotify VES msgs?
2) If we want to generate CM VES msg from RAN-Sim for a Frankfurt POC, what VES format should we uses?
3) What are PM and FM VES msgs for PCI and ANR and how might they change with new yang models? OOF-SON work already defined some messages. These can be used as a basis if it is useful.
