Background description

Due to a configuration error, 2 of SDNC containers (dmaap-listener and ueb-listener) are still using the Java 8 JRE instead of Java 11.

Recovery plan

A fix is already submitted in master to address this issue. This request is to defer that change to Honolulu rather than Guilin.
