Background description

SDC has 2 open OJSI tickets (OJSI-90 and OJSI-94) both of which are the same issue, it sounds there is no easy solution for this (this was explored in Frankfurt) and would require

to revisit SDC and portal integration. We don't have the resource/time for this release and propose to defer this to guilin maintenance build

Schedule impact

This does not break SDC functionality so we believe this has no impact on schedule

Recovery plan

Since a Guilin Maintenance build is already planned, defering this fix should allow the current release to complete

Milestone schedule change

No schedule change, just move these 2 bugs to the next release

Risk

SDC stays vulnerable until fixed, same situation as previous releases
