Background description

AAI and SDC are using JanusGraph (a Linux Foundation effort). The latest version is not yet supporting java 11. We are not comfortable moving forward with the upgrade if our core tech  does not yet support java v11. Some containers may still be upgraded, those not using that dependency.

Risk

Risk is that JanusGraph does not provide support of Java11 in H release timeframe, investigate other potential technologies swap but will require assistance from the community as this may be a huge undertaking.
