PCI/RSI and RCDB were presented on Alla's Reqs call on 3/16.
Next step is to present in ArchCom.
Should seperate requirements into modular pieces to enable tracking of requirements

Hanif has provided ONAP setup and 2 VMs for RAN-SIM to Reshma.
Critical need for 1 addl VM for integration testing work.
