ConfigDB API in readthedocs for Rel 6



ConfigDB API swagger is available on the wiki. We discussed how to enter in readthedocs. In Rel 6, RCDB/CPS are all in integration. For Rel 6, ConfigDB is not in any official ONAP release. Plan is to put a link in Rel 6 readthedocs to the swagger apis below.
