  • PTL Recordings
  • Antitrust Policy Notice

We will start our meetings by mentioning the project's Antitrust Policy, which you can find linked from the LF and project websites. The policy is important where multiple companies, including potential industry competitors, are participating in meetings. Please review and if you have any questions, please contact your company legal counsel. Members of the LF may contact Andrew Updegrove at the firm Gesmer Updegrove LLP, which provides legal counsel to the LF.

MSB-529 - Getting issue details... STATUS

Sylvain Desbureaux believes that this may be a false positive.

  • Portal and VID dependencies(i.e., portal, portal-sdk & vid repos)
    • Email sent last week
    • Received a response from Michael Morris :  The SDC UI is launched through the portal and depends on the portal for user authentication.
    • Other projects are dependent on SDC (e.g., CLAMP GUI per Liam Fallon )

MichaÅ‚ JagieÅ‚Å‚o says that integration tests failed without VID repo. Tests need to be updated.

Sylvain Desbureaux says that eventually ONAP can rely on service mesh for authentication, but this will probably not be possible until the Kohn release.

Plan Summary

  • Disable deployment of vid repo and update integration tests in Istanbul
  • Disable deployment of portal-sdk repo for Istanbul
  • Archive vid and portal-sdk repos
  • Review and update documentation related to portal and vid, as necessary
  • Move ONAP toward using service mesh for authentication in Jakarta and Kohn
  • Once service mesh authentication is available, disable deployment of the portal repo

Honolulu Branch, Istanbul Branch & Master

All the projects must now add this new package version (funcparserlib~=1.0.0a0) in their requirements-docs.txt file.

On-going work to update this requirement in lfdocs-conf package that should not impact projects.
