Virtual event recap | Overall good feedback on the event. The documentation related sessions was well attended. Migration session 20-25 participates joined. Not too much feedback. A questions that was brought up was if the work with cleaning up content is tied to a specific release ie has a time line? We will give the community some time considering that we are at the end of a release cycle. If needed, seek guidance in the TSC for support. |
Upcoming milestones and release planning for docs | TBD during today's TSC call if we have a release candidate. Based on this decision next week's call be focused on defining all tasks related to the release (review project specific content, branch docs, update landing page etc) |
Sofia gave an update of the current status. We are currently waiting for the PTLs to do a sanity check of the intersphinx linking. All errors are encouraged to be added to the tracking page. @Jessica Gonzalezand @Sofia Wallin to continuously work with the feedback. NOTE: the current version will not be disabled until we know that everything is working. | |
Documentation guide | Keeping this as a standing agenda point. To be reviewed in the next doc meeting. @Sofia Wallin to create an Epic with relating tasks of things to do. |
