Discussion on PNF on-boarding. How do we package PNF? Possibly SOL004, or SOL007. May need package extensions.

Need definitions with examples for Service Abstraction and Resource Abstraction as part of the discussion. (taking into account definitions in MEF, TM Forum, and other SDOs). Please also provide implications on ONAP.
