ONAP Modeling Governance

Modeling Project currently have the 2 repos, one is for tosca parser, the other is modelspec, the reason to have modelspec is that because modeling subcommittee doesn't have the repo, so TSC has approved that modelspec is deposited under modeling project. the committers of two repos are different from each other.

Modeling subcommittee is under the leadership of TSC committee, the purpose of this committee is to publish a unified model spec across many projects within ONAP. The subcommittee will not make decision, will only make the recommendation to TSC based on the rough consensus. the model spec which will be published include service IM, service DM, resource IM, resource DM, infrastrucutre, Telemetry, .. et al.

Modeling subcommittee will also work together with SDO coordinator about model spec which mostly related to ETSI NFV, TMF and MEF.
