SERVICE & PROFILE MANAGEMENT

Technology Profile Management

  • Create a new technology profile (consist of Technology Type [XGS, G.fast, …], Data Block of key-value pairs, Service Type (optional) )
  • Configure an existing technology profile
  • Retrieve/List Technology Profiles
  • Push Technology Profiles to selected PODs (all, or specific POD)

Speed Profile Management

  • Create a new speed profile (consist of Name, Technology Type, Direction (Upstream or Downstream), Data Block of key-value pairs)
  • Configure an existing speed profile
  • Retrieve/List Speed Profiles
  • Push Speed Profiles to selected PODs

Service Management

  • Create a new or configure an existing service (i.e High Speed Internet Service)
  • Retrieve/List services

NETWORK & DEVICE MANAGEMENT

Creating Devices & Provisioning

  • Create Chassis
  • Create OLT Chassis
  • Provision ONT
  • Delete ONT (Error if a subscriber is associated with GIVEN ONT)

Display Topology Information

  • List Access PODs
  • List Chassis of selected POD
  • List OLTs of selected Chassis
  • List ports of selected OLT
  • List ONTs at given port

Search Devices and Display Device Info

•    Search Chassis by CLLI then Display Chassis Detail

  • Chassis Info
  • List alarms & events on this Chassis

•    Search OLT by CLLI&Device ID then Display Information

  • OLT Info
  • Alarms AND Events on this OLT
  • Display metrics on this OLT

•    Search ONT by Serial Number then Display ONT Detail

  • ONT Info (i.e subscriber, services)
  • List alarms AND Events on this ONT
  • Display metrics on this ONT

SUBSCRIBER MANAGEMENT

Subscriber Registration

  • Register subscriber with its information (i.e subscriber ID, technology and speed profile identifiers, ONT index)

  • Provision services the subscriber will have

Subscriber Port Swap

  • Move subscriber from PON port and ONT index to another

  • Select source ONT index and select destination ONT index from UI and make swap operation

Service Subscription Update

  • Select new service from available service types (i.e High speed internet service)

  • Update subscriber information in OSAM DB and SEBA POD

Delete Subscriber

  • Query subscriber with subscriber ID

  • List subscriber information

  • Confirm and Delete subscriber information

Display Subscriber Information/Operational Status

  • Query subscriber with subscriber ID

  • Display subscriber with its information

    • Chassis/OLT/Port/ONT the subscriber is connected

    • IP Address information

    • Display alarms/events associated with subscriber’s device

    • Display services for the subscriber

ALARMS & EVENTS

List of Active Alarms/Events

•    Filter active alarm and event logs. Filtering should be available in terms of : 

  • time interval
  • type (alarm/event type)
  • device (access-pod/chassis/olt/port/ont)

Historical Search in Alarm & Events

•    Filter historical alarm and event logs. Filtering should be available in terms of :

  • time interval
  • type (alarm/event type)
  • device (access-pod/chassis/olt/port/ont)

PERFORMANCE MONITORING

Available KPI to Device Association

  • Display all available KPI metrics

  • List device level i.e (access-pod/chassis/olt/port/ont)  (Define device related KPIs to present a better UX)

  • Match the KPI with device level so that only the supported KPI’s will be shown to the user on a specific device

Displaying Measurements

•    Display a measurement by selecting :

  • time interval
  • device
  • KPI metric (available to device)

OTHER

  • List of OSAM GW to SEBA POD associated, can be useful
