Official kick-off.  Scope and deliverables?

• Need to focus on repo's for Amsterdam - likely small number (less than 30?)

• What stays on wiki?  generally anything that is release controlled via Git should be on Readthedocs

• Wiki conversion guidelines - use Requirements docs as examples?
