Jenkins jobs

Were approved / installed.  Rich submitted an updated documentation guide to show templates, sync up with Jenkins jobs, and other editorial improvements.   It failed the Jenkins verify job because of errors introduced in vnfrqts before verify was in place - follow-up with Steven, Robert, and/or Herb to fix?

Review log file - possible collision with new content submissions/merge and verify process?

Official kick-off.  Scope and deliverables?

• Need to focus on repo's for Amsterdam - likely small number (less than 30?)
