• Closed Loop Projects involved during Runtime: DCAE (VES Collector, TCA), Holmes, Policy, APPC/SO/VFC/SDNC, A&AI

  • NOTE: CLAMP is not involved during runtime. The instantiation/deployment of DCAE components via DCAE controller are not covered by performance measurements. Not involved in CL flow, this is a one-time setup.

  • Recommendation: VNF measurement is not involved in performance tracking both on the DCAE collection/analytic side as well as on the controller/orchestrator side

  • Question: Is it "closed-loop" or should this simply be "runtime" projects? Open loop vs Closed loop?

  • Categories for control loops

    • Hours vs minutes - Non-real-time vs real-time

    • open loop ends at the point of manual notification

  • Traceability between all the control loop run-time projects. Metrics should be consistently tracked among all components.

  • Did the integration team capture anything during 72 hour stability tests?

• Guard Policy - check max count limit on VF module, check prov_status and orchestration status

  • SDC sets that value. Should be in A&AI
