Guard policy workarounds:
1) ask user to create a guard policy for loop instance in addition to the legacy operational policy → Plan to be implemented
2) previous used custom JSON schema used by CLAMP backend, enriched to support legacy guard and operational policy. Generate UI where user can configure both legacy policies.
onap.policies.controlloop.Guard is missing in Frankfurt (removed)
Will keep the option open to add a point release to add back legacy - other option is to point release complete removal of all legacy operational and guard policies.
Testing for REQ-33 is ongoing - issues with CLAMP
