Policy releasing - ready for CL testing

DCAE ready - some bug fixes coming in, not necessary for CL testing

@Adam Krysiak asked about Panda support. @Vijay Kumar - no changes from Cisco using Casablanca version.

Pam will put 2 sessions up:
1) Describe the functional requirements being planned for El Alto/Frankfurt
2) Deep dive session on 1-3 specific requirements. Depends on who is physically available to run that.
Need to work on what is appropriate for El Alto and target more Frankfurt release.
Include Rashmi, Scott, Timo Puha, Michela B. Ericsson, Adam - will be posted on control loop subcommittee mailing list.
Timo - maturity is more important. vFirewall interest. For El Alto.
Help with SDC. Terminology issues as SDC has their own terms.
Pam - CL subcommittee would be good to support the Documentation project with a section on Control Loops

Pam and Liam - TOSCA Policy Type Version field ambiguity. We will create a wiki to describe and track this. Need to work with Chris Lauwers from TOSCA committee for clarification.

Vijay - need to complete the documentation on the manual tasks. Onboarding steps for DCAE MS through SDC/Policy/CLAMP (Dublin)
