Plans for Istanbul

Multi-tenancy stories are created for Istanbul but need to be assigned an epic. @rodrigo limawill associate those stories to an epic.

Awaiting Use Cases to be added to Istanbul

Will do the global requirements and things necessary for release (administrative & some nfr's)

Dmaap resource-version mismatch

Dmaap has an updated resource-version but when calling back to resources the resource-version is not updated for a few seconds or at all. Need a bug opened for the issue in ONAP and community member would need to take it.

Need to verify the issue is a dmaap event triggering on an error.

@Venkata Harish Kajursuggested to add aai.notification.both.sides.enabled=false instead of true
