AAI Add new Repo Request

We need 1 additional repo's for Clamp git, this repository will require its own "jenkins jobs" : Resources and Repositories#AAI

We need a separate repo for code that will extend the AAI UI.  This provides multiple views that will be of use to operations teams, and we cannot use an existing repo since ECOMP seed code is contained in a repo called "sparky_ext"
