Changes to info.yaml's have all been done so Robby should have the elevated privileges now.

DataSnapshot Script issue

56 bad edges, took snapshot, and then reloaded in another environment and it became 112 bad edges, then took a snapshot then did it again and edges went to 224. Issue happening when restoring, graphson looks fine though.

Updates for the snapshot archive *.gz, currently they are archive in zip format
