Multi-tenancy in Traversal

Bell wants to add multi tenancy to the traversal queries, so some code work would have to be done to in the mS possibly adding the condition as a subgraph strategy.

Subgraph strategy would only be applied based on whether multi-tenancy is configured on or not.

Questions on performance vs concurrency - look into sticking when scaling horizontally, data grooming, or discussing with clients to not rely on concurrency if performance is higher priority
