As defined by the criteria approved by the Technical Steering Committee an active community member is defined as anyone from the ONAP community with twenty (20) or more measurable contributions during the previous 12-month period, inclusive of code merged, code reviews performed, wiki page edits, or JIRA activities. In the case of the 2018 elections, that 12 month period was set from 4 PM pacific, October 24, 2017 to 4 PM pacific, October 24, 2018. Based upon that criteria the following table has been assembled.

• The data presented below was pulled by me from Bitergia for the time period above. 
• The reconciliation of this data is a manual exercise. Some duplicate values exist due to unmapped multiple identities. I have not made an attempt to merge those.  Many are the result of the recent AT&T email changes. These will be corrected on the back-end. I don't need to be alerted to them.
• Code reviews cannot be pulled from Bitergia and must be pulled directly from Gerrit. There is no easily automated way to do this and merge it for review here. If you have performed code reviews in gerrit and believe that including code review data would change your status, it is your responsibility to  respond on this page with a comment which includes your gerrit query.

UPDATE: Nov 14:

There were indeed duplicate values in the attachments and comments column as was noted by Borislav Glozman just before the Nominations ended.. I've re-run the stats and have added a voter criteria column.  For those marked as qualified, I am proceeding to pull all of those email addresses for ballots.  If you are listed as "Review" it is probably worth you time to figure out if any code reviews would push you over the top. My objective is to get ballots out by COB Friday.
