Background description


Removing the GPLv3 by replacing the base image has some technical issues. Some of the python libraries are incompatible with alpine based images.

Schedule impact

Not able to fix this in this release. Requesting an exception for the entire release



Recovery plan

The incompatible libraries need to be replaced with an equivalent functionality need to be implemented into the code.
