Background description

Mainly due to resource and time constraints the below stories were not able to be fully delivered.

AAI-3414 - PACKAGES UPGRADES IN DIRECT DEPENDENCIES FOR JAKARTA

AAI-3292 - fix CRITICAL weak-cryptography issues identified in sonarcloud

AAI-3440 - Update AAI to use the latest base image from Integration

AAI-3439 - Updates to A&AI for Standardized Logging Fields

A&AI has been being supported by a skeleton crew and has had no support from the community on the Jakarta global requirements.

The PTL will make best efforts to work on these items, but is already spread thin with all the release process administrative items and management of the many mS A&AI supports.
