Further debug xacml in k8s under call load, the problems are not seeing anymore after reducing the log level to "error".    Each worker node installation must be configured to support log rotation, docker can be configured for that, otherwise there will be problems.

api & pap docker configuration also changed to use normal password. Will raise reviews after the release work is done.

CSIT's are using default config coming from docker image. So no change there.

Not sure about the integration health check jobs.

OOM helmcharts will require changes.
