Help synchronization between internal sprint/backlog and upstream sprint

Logging to stdout (tested already) came up in the DDF as a requirement

Backlog prioritization by committers/SME

Resolution: Use committers meeting for the same

Helps in creating the right focus for the intermediate releases &

plan the project backlog

CheckStyle plugin & configuration updated in Oparent & all policy repos

Administrative tasks like releasing images, bumping up versions, CI failures etc.
should be distributed among all contributors.

Resolution: All contributors are expected to go through the Policy Framework wikis and
understand the processes involved in releases, version upgrades etc. Incase needed, committers
can schedule sessions to educate all.
