El Alto update - sign off planned for October 24
Tomas Levora from Samsung has 3 patches would like to merge to El Alto to fix Multi-cloud

- Since the above mentioned gerrit reviews are in master branch, Prudence suggested Tomas and his team to cherrypick those to the elalto branch and provide the test results
- Prudence also mentioned unless those ones are blocking, otherwise those might not be merged to elalto. The OOM team will make the call.

Fiachra Corcoran would like to know if the master branch is now open for submission as elalto branch has already been cut.
