When committing code - add all the committers and contributors to get the largest audience possible - get the list from the other jiras in review, consult the list in https://git.onap.org/oom/tree/INFO.yaml#n24 - the minimum subset is @Mandeep Khinda, @Mike Elliott, @Borislav Glozman and @jh245g@att.com.  You may post comments on your review stating which developers are targeted for extended reviews/testing, your before/after test results and whether the work is still a WIP.  example: https://gerrit.onap.org/r/#/c/28455/
