2. As @Alex Vul and others pointed out, the R2 Model should not be considered as unchangeable, complete or even adequate for future work, and we must be prepared to change.

3. The issue of how the R2 Model became to be "clean", whether there was a poll, etc., was deferred to the Modeling Subcommittee.
