  • PNF model requirements for Frankfurt Release

      • offline discussion with Yaoguang happened last week, agreement reached

        • propose to call for agreement on the modeling subcommittee call this week/next week

      • the 5G NRM proposal would align with the non-MANO artifact method

    • introduce the workflow

      • licenseInventory is out of scope of ONAP for now, it's under discussion whether to introduce the general functionality

      • so if the assumption SDC has capabilities to distribute license to licenseInventory

      • so → controller step needs to be confirmed

    • introduce the model

      • rooting: LicenseKeyPool and EntitlementPool are subclasses of DesignedEntity; LicenseKeyInstance and EntitlementInstance are subclasses of OperationalEntity

        • the question is: license is not based on the descriptor provided by the vendor, thus not so appropriate to be a subclass under DesignedEntity (which generally considered as designed by SDC)

        • model proposals are under discussion state (modeling S/C state), called "discussion information model"

        • classes and attributes are in experimental state (IISOMI state)

        • individual proposal could be agreed during M2, and be put into "clean"; doesn't mean the whole model of the release is finalized

    • progress well, Jacquiline is trying to add IISOMI things to the diagram
