Review proposal for division between wiki and RTD

Thomas created a Wiki-Page including a Mindmap with the 1st brainstorm results (Wiki-RTD Documentation Guidelines), we showed the Mindmap in the meeting and asked for feedback.
Next steps are to create in the Wiki a proposal including:

  • Problem statement

  • Target

    • Content devision

    • Process

  • Process to reach target

Trevor and Sofia gave an walk through of the procedures. Agreement that is a good approach and next step is to approval from the TSC/community.
