Health Check	Pass	Holmes has fixed the deployment issue with DCAE. But the Jenkins job is failing so the docker images are not released. Once the Jenkins job is recovered and then docker images released, this will be done. DONE
DCAE (Holmes) ↔ AAI, via API	Pass	API versions have to be readjusted so that Holmes could be compatible with both AAI and MSB.
DCAE (Holmes) ↔ DMaaP	Pass	Alarms could be delivered to Holmes via DMaaP.
DCAE (Holmes) ↔ Policy	Pass	Policy Messages are generated.
