R2 vCPE Integration testing

Pairwise testing was done using the vCPE as the baseline. Data issues sorted out: obtaining the location information for vGMuxInfa using an alternative path without pservers, input parameters required to retrieve vgMuxInfra instances, have a working version of the vCPE template (with simple distance and colocation policies) in SB07 and tested it end to end from OSDF and HAS.

S3P testing

Stability: Confirmed with Gary that we can point to daily runs in TLAB, OOM runs happening in SB04

Security: CII Passing badge + > 50% unit test coverage completed

Resiliency: Integrated with OOM, execute the test plan simulating failures of different components.
