Min guarantee - approach similar to HPA; can leverage same policy/constraint models.
Alex: Suggest moving this to R2.1/R3, and ensure this is aligned with VNFD min/max; Ramki: suggest targeting R2.1, talk to PTLs of AAI, SDC, Modeling subcommittee, reach out to Alex.
Feature development
OSDF enhancement to support HPA/vCPE policies - Ankit: Probably needs more work under the hood, verify policy models, update policy adapters, conflation of policies into homing template generation (WIP)
OSDF to return flavor_map as a part of the placement recommendation from HAS
HAS enhancement to support HPA/vCPE requirements
HAS enhancement to support MultiCloud capacity_check
