User Operation Guidance in R7 Guilin

This branch will provide you the operational guidance of how to run E2E Network Slicing use case in Guilin release. It will provide you the guideline of deploying the minimum ONAP components, steps toward deploying necessary simulators to test the E2E results as well as detailed instructions of how to design relevant service templates and how to execute a Slice Service in Run time.
