Haibin Update team with design of "SRIOV-NIC support". feedback about SO->AAI interaction and how SRIOV-NIC info should be provided to SO has been discussed with Haibin/Ruoyu. SO -> MultiCloud interaction will also be updated

Bin Hu raised a question with regarding to the place of persistence data for multicloud plugins. Bin Yang preferred putting persistent data into AAI instead of internal DB given serveral reasons. Bin Hu/Victor will follow this discussion w.r.t. k8s plugin.
