07:59:39 From Pamela Dragosh : FYI - regarding POLICY-2631 - it seems that it is an issue with Dmaap and not the policy components. If Dmaap is down there isn’t much a component can do. If it turns out there is a fix required by policy we can do it post-RC2 and provide a work around.
