CI-CD For ONAP master branch

Description

TBD on ONAP open lab:

  1. Need to have CI for one component & Full distribution with JaCoCo Tool(or something else).

  2. Need to have CD for one component & Full distribution with JaCoCo Tool(or something else).   

For OOM we are migrating jenkins.onap.info - https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Auto+Continuous+Deployment+via+Jenkins+and+Kibana

Need to resolve jacoco-maven-plugin:0.7.1.2014... in the following projects - see screencap from Eclipse

Also add extra checkstyle rules - we already import the plugin and use it
