CPS-NCMP Layers & Dependencies

De diagram shows the layered CPS-NCMP architecture.

As an an example the variations of classes holding Cm Handle data (and the relevant  packages) directly involved in the 2 sample CM Handle use cases have been added to illustrate the correct placement and usage of the layers and public interfaces. 
Any other classes involved in those use cases have not been added for the sake of simplicity.
