Create a SDN-R Jira ticket

Basically we are interested in getting feedback and solving the problems.

Proceed to ONAP Jira: https://jira.onap.org/projects/SDNC/issues

The ONAP project is 

  • SDNC (Network controller)

Click on "Create" button at the top menu bar in the middle of the browser window and
provide as much as possible of information that we like to get for doing analysis:

  • Fill the bold marked fields .. all other fields are optional

    • Issue Type:

      • BUG: for bug reports .. Assignee is  @Herbert Eiselt

      • TASK: for feature requests .. Assignee is @Martin Skorupski

    • Add predefined Labels: "highstreet" and "SDN-R,"

    • Priority "Medium"

    • Fix Version/s: Version that has the problem and is used

  • Add "Description", containing

    • What was observed

      • State if one-time observation or reproducable

      • If reproducable .. add steps to reproduce

    • What should have happened (Expectation)

    • Environmental information (.. as part of description or in evnvironment section).

      • Cluster setup or single node

      • ONAP Configuration or custom environment

      • Device or Mediator connected

      • Connection state was verified/unverified and Ok/not Ok

      • Netconf protocol: ONF, O-RAN, X-RAN

    • Add Attachments:

      • Screenshot of UX-About information

      • Screenshot, especially for ODULX related points

      • "karaf.log" or meaningfull lines from log
