Health Check

Passed

We may be running into a cyclic issue. There are 3 components in OOF and we have 3 pending merge for each of the component. Hence we are finding some of the OOF health checks failing for each commit. For instance, this commit (https://gerrit.onap.org/r/#/c/86342/) is for the OSDF repo within the oof project, which is passing the health check. The homing health check is for the HAS within the OOF project, which should pass the health check once the following commit is merged (https://gerrit.onap.org/r/#/c/86209/). Similarly, https://gerrit.onap.org/r/#/c/86672/ is for the CMSO and should be fixing the CMSO health check.

Tested in in SB00, with integration teams' deployment on 05/13.
