Proposed Jira relationship between Modeling subcommittee and ONAP components

Please provide comments on this wiki page before Virtual meeting

Modeling subcommittee will create a EPIC of modelspec check, and also create story issue under each ONAP components (like VNFSDK, SDC, SO, VFC, ..).

then will link the EPIC in modeling subcommittee to the stories of all components, then those stories won't be closed until the modelspec check are finished.
