TPM Hardware Reset using BIOS

NUC computing box has been used for testing
1. To clear the TPM, we need to take out the security jumper and restart the machine.
2. Select the Option to "Reset the TPM"
3. Put the security jumper back into the slots with the previous configuration
4. Restart the Operating System
